I made fish tacos the other night with grilled ahi fillets. let them marinate for about 20 minutes in lime juice, salt, chili powder, and olive oil.
topped with shreded red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, sour cream

I also did a quick salsa about 3 tomatoes, 1 red onion, 1 jalapeno all rough chopped throw it in a pan with some olive oil for about 5-8 minutes then toss it all in the blender until smooth back in the pan for a few more minutes then added some lime juice and cilantro at the last minute.

even the 4 year old loved them and he barely eats anything.
