I started out making chicken cracklings from the smoky spicy skins from yesterdays breasts.

Then I made
Thai peanut sauce, and spread some on a tortilla.

Then I put on Monterey Jack, smoked chicken from yesterday, cracklings, yellow peppers, scallions, and tomato. and on the grill

Went to bring the camera inside, and when I went back about three minutes later there was smoke billowing from the grill, and my pizzas looked like this.

The tortillas were burnt , but the toppings were still good, so into tortillas for burritos.
