Meat cuts french terminology

Does anyone know of a resource that would help me find the exact translation for different meat cuts? I'm trying to figure out which cuts in english mean which cuts in french and vice versa. For example, all the different kinds of ribs, what is a pork butt called in french, etc.

P.S: I will try posting pics of my last cook soon (beef plate short ribs, or at least, that's what I think they're called in english.)
 
Thanks, it could have helped but still not precise enough since they just say "épaule" for the whole shoulder and do not say which part would be called what (not sure if that sentence makes sense). Different ribs cuts and beef parts are also what I'm looking for.
