Tilapia Fish Tacos
Breaded with Panko bread crumbs. Cooked on the BGE.
Made up a sauce that kicked arse. Served up with a side of asparagus.

Sauce is simple and pretty damn tasty.
3 parts tartar sauce. 1 part horseradish, its a mild version, not super hot. chipotle sauce till you like it the taste, I used about 2 tbsp. It provided some great taste and a bit of hotness that I like.

Next time try the Atlantic cod...packs more fish flavour than tilapia or pangasius.
