Smoked Sausage and Jalapeno Mac-n-Cheese(w pron)

Yeah that looks great. My dad put Spam in our "Kraft dinner."

It shocked me that the 4 year old wanted to take it for lunch. They normally provide lunch that she likes but she was very adamant that she was going to eat this. It was quite adorable


If anyone makes this or a spin off of this be sure to post and tell about it, always love seeing people's twists on things

It is just about dinnertime here... and my mouth is actually watering. Man, that looks good! :thumb:

I don't like mac and cheese but I would hit the he-l out of that! Looks really good!
 
If you are not a sausage fan or have to feed someone who isn't, this idea is also fantastic with brisket or pulled pork
 
Next time I do a double smoked ham, I'm making this with the leftovers.
