Chicken Corn Chowder
made with smoked chicken. It's a cold drizzly night and this really hit the spot.

Looks like seriously good eats. And, yes, we require a recipe.
Nice countertops, too. Is that granite?

Wow - I have been called a lot of things in my life but....
Here goes boys... This is one of the easiest meals to make as long as you have some cooked chicken to add. 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn 1/2 cup half and half 1 cup cooked ham Salt Pepper That is the recipe as it is printed but recipes are for changing. Obviously I don't use ham - although next time I will render down some bacon and use that to saute the onions... So, saute the onions, add the creamed corn. I also add a can of whole corn - tonight it was Mexi-Corn. Mix in the half and half and the chicken. Warm and serve - don't forget the biscuits. Oh yeah - tonight I also added some shredded cheese.... yum.....

Sure is - we did a majot remodel of the kitchen - if you want to see the hell that it was click here...
http://lmaj.spaces.live.com/ and scroll down to Kitchen project. It took over a year but the final result is great. The hansome devil you will see is my FIL - he did 99% of the work. He and Big Al built our house 20 years ago - pretty amazing men in my book.
