The Memphis Pro is fantastic, I have been cooking on it 3-5 nights a week! The whole "set and forget" really helps me out right now because I have so much going on. I've been so busy with finalizing the wedding plans (17 days) that I haven't remembered to snap photos for the gallery. Must say that steaks on the Grill Grates are delicious! In the past two weeks I have also done steaks, burgers, chicken breasts, 2 pork shoulders, smoked cheese, and 2 or 3 more fatties. There is probably more but I'm fried at the moment and can't remember it all. I'm thinking a whole smoked chicken would be a nice Friday treat with which to kick off my pharmacy weekend.
