Thank you g. Yes prep time was a little time consuming because I hadn't made or prepped anything before hand. Normally I would've made some of this the day before but we were busy on Saturday.

Thank you Moose. I was a little rushed and only let my chicken marinade for 5 hours. Better to give it a 6 to 8 hour bath. Also, unless you like marathon prep work then make some of the sides (Tzatziki & Hummus) the day before.
