I havent been able to find anything about this besides some mentions here and there

Do you mean pulled pork? Just means pulling the meat apart in strands for making sammiches etc once it's been cooked vs slicing or chopping the meat.

I think he's referring to Paul's (the Pickled Pig) method for doing chicken. I think you have to go to his site and forum. www.thepickledpig.com

Or do you mean a pig picking? This is when you cook a pig, half a pig or whatever and each person picks the meat he wants to eat off of the pig. A very fun kind of party. Much less work for the cooks.

I think Todd was right. It probably has to do with the mention of the pickled pig method in the cupcake tin thread.
