Default Celebration Steaks... WITH PICS :-D

This was a great steak dinner becuase I had a little scare with some bumps on my neck (Used to have cancer a few years back) After a month of Dr's appointments and a surgry on my neck I found out I don't have cancer again. Sweet deal, so I went out and got me some Nice NY strips for me and the Girlfriend, and cooked em up on the smokey joe. AND I finally just got my chrismas present from my bro... and I get to have my initials burned into my steaks... Now they will ALLL be mine!!!!!
I tried to do it when they were raw, and they kind of dissapeared, so I tried again after pulling them off, still working on my technique. either way, enjoy!
