Default ideas 100+ people

I've cooked for 50-60 people before but never 100.. I'm sure it won't be a problem though.. I was thinking the easiest thing would be pulled pork..

It's for a weeding reception but I guess now they don't want a meal more like just appetizers one request was meatballs that's why I was searching for the meatball recipe earlier.. I'm going to try the moink balls tonight.. I'm I don't like them I'll most likely just go with my mothers sweedish meatball recipe..

What are some more ideas?

MOINK Balls would be good. You could also do mini pulled pork sandwiches. ABTs are good but can be a lot of work to prep.

LOTS of beer!
I'd go pulled pork sliders w/ slaw.
