Potatoes are simply mashed potatoes with sour cream and prepared horseradish to taste. Ribeyes were the steaks trimmed off of the Christmas prime rib roast.

Rib-Eyes have to be the best cut hands down of steak. That looks awsome

I got 2 of those LED grill lights for x-mas.

The MIL found out the wife got me one too and felt bad so
I told her, "That's OK I have enough BBQ stuff that I could use 2 more!!":lol:

The whole family AGREED!!:lol:

How did you like it Todd?
I haven't used mine yet.

I have two as well. I used a Christmas gift card to buy this one. Now I have one for home and one for the BBQ trailer.

I have two Thermapens for the exact same reason. :icon_blush:

I ate the other half of my steak for lunch today. The boss got up out of his desk and walked over cause he could smell it.

"Damn that looks good! What is it?"

"Its mine, that's what it is." :biggrin:
 
We love ribeyes - this was dinner for some coworkers a while back -
