My first fatty, first chickens on the lang.
Put the chickens on at 325 let it settle into 280-290, 2 3/4 hours.
Put the fatty on at 280-290, 2 hours.

How did you know the chickens were ready? Did you use a probe? And did you have two different grills going to cook the two and different temps?

Same rig put the chikens closer to the hot spot. I use a maverick et-732, when they hit 165 I pulled them.
