This is the first smoker I designed and built.

20lbs. Of Brisket & 2 Racks of Ribs.

Insulated? Charcoal fired? Looks interesting. Also looks like it wants to be on a cart.

How did you like the results? Did you get even heating? Uneven heading is not necessarily bad, you just need to load meat accordingly.

Insulated yes, charcoal fired yes. Even heating for sure, first run was on six racks of ribs all different levels all came out the same.
