Ingredients were country style sausage wrapped around chunked jalapeño flavored SPAM, Three Alarm Colby Jack cheese, cream cheese, and freshly sliced jalapeños and all that spicy goodness was surrounded in a bacon wrap. The fatty was smoked over a mixture of hickory and cherry.

Now it is just pic's of the fatty assembly and cook; scroll and enjoy!

Nice. I've never had Spam, but that looks like one heckuva great way to have it.
 
Marty that looks sooooo good! I didn't know they made jalapeno Spam now. Will look for it here. Great job on that fatty, wish I had a slice right now!! :mrgreen:

Not sure of the question... The fatty is setting on a Frogmat ,on the cooking grate of a Yoder YS640; hope that helps.
