Default Todays cook extra large pork loin stuffed and wrapped in bacon by TQ and Tyler

Had company and decided to do some cooking. I stuffed the pork loin with Conecuh sausage and cream cheese and wrapped in bacon

also cooked some ribs, rubbed down with EVOO and big rons rub

I borrowed one of my cookers I sold a guy just wanted to cook on it, it is one of my favorite style of cookers I sell.

cooked the pork loin wrapped in bacon till it hit 135 in the thickest part and let it rest

The ribs turned out great too

it all turned out really good
