Default Brisket n' Beans Recipe Anyone?

A few years back we attended a Brethren Meet-Up at Hill Country in New York City. We had a dish that was Brisket and Beans that was really good. I have some brisket left over from last weeks cook and decided to give something like this a whirl. Anyone have recipe?

I'd suggest Keri's hog apple beans using the brisket instead of pulled pork.

This one is Gold:

buy 2 large cans of bushs baked beans- drain the liquid
saute 1 chopped up vidalia onion until carmelized
mince your brisket pieces (heavy bark or burnt ends)
mix em all together with the beans
add your own rub, some hot sauce and bbq sauce to taste
I also like to add cooked bacon chunks
mix all of it together and throw on the smoker for about 1-2 hours.

Voila! Those farts will smell like a winner!
