Default Kamado Joe Prosciutto wrapped Chicken

Took a family favorite to the Kamado Joe tonight.

Seasoned some boneless breasts with salt and pepper then wrapped them in prosciutto.

Meanwhile made the sauce by browning some butter and adding fresh sage and lemon juice.

Thanks for taking a peek.

Nice. Love the breasts wrapped in prosciutto, and the brown butter/sage sauce.
What about the green beans, what did you do to them?

Thanks everyone. This is one of those simple ingredient dishes that just taste so good.

Qman - Green beans were done in a white wine tomato sauce reduction with shallots and red pepper. If you wants the recipe let me know.

Thanks, Cgriller. That will get me in the ball park; I can proceed from there.

That's true Bosco. Kamado grills are quite versatile but the KJ with the divide and conquer system makes it easy to do several varieties of cooks.

That's exactly what it is. That worked good but I assume the ci inserts for the KJ divide and conquer system would work even better. I need to look into getting some.
