Talking pork tenderloin

i cooked these two pork tenderloins tonight over cherry chips for about 30 minutes at 450 in the beginning and 250 in the end on tattoo, the mini egg. i glazed them with my "hopped-up bbq sauce" chipotle en adobo. they didn't suck.

are you with me?

tattoo ROCKS! the most under-rated egg, the mini. i hear they are talking about discontinuing the mini egg and i am here to tell you... LONG LIVE THE MINI EGG! in fact, i will start the mini egg preservation society if i have to.
