Most of the reviews are from 2003 and older.

All the ones for KC and any of Missoura (yes Missoura) or Kansas are atleast 3-4 years old. And just for a level set or a reference line, a guy said the best 2 BBQ places by far in Kansas City are Jack Stack's(Fiorellas) and KC Masterpiece. If anyone is from KC that will tell you the relevence of this site. I think those Pizza Hut ribs are better than the KC Masterpiece restaraunt.

I looked at the ones for Washington state and have been to a few of them, Pecos Pit is for lunch and sandwiches only, I used to work in the area years ago and ate there often, get the sammich "spiked" w/ a hot link!
Big Al's is closed and I miss it! I don't miss Big Al, but the John the second owner, he was passionate about his Q' and was always asking me to try new sauce experiments, or to critique something new he wanted to try on the menu. He brought in live music on the weekends and it was a happenin' little place and close to home. Dixies is popular, never eaten there though. The review on Betty Sue's was right on! Yuppie crap! I tried to give it a fair shake, but gave up, I think it's closed, if its not it should be. Never eaten at Hall's but want to try it, I just don't make it to that area all that often. I've heard good things about Branks, Paul Kirk is doing a cooking class there next month.
