That is a great looking piece of meat. Grapeseed oil huh? Seems logical, after all a good glass of cabernet wakes up the flavor, why wouldnt seed oil.

Im in a rut... Been using this "gourmet" high end soysauce. $12 an 8 ounce bottle. Too strong to use on sushi if you like the taste of fish and a waste in stir fry. Supposed to have extra umami. whatever the hell that is.
