(Leftover) Prime Rib, it's what's for breakfast...
Didn't get enough last night, decided to try some for breakfast this morning.
Cut up some fingerling potatoes, fried them up with some shallot. A quick sear on both sides... Serve 'em up with some cheesey scrambled eggs... Merry Christmas everyone, enjoy your day...
