Default SM Pecan Rub

just got some SM Pecan and was wondering what kind of protien to try it out on first. also what kind of sauce you like with it? need some opinions.

We like that on chicken and pork chops. No sauce needed. And you don't have to be super heavy handed.

Definitely pork ~ I haven't tried it on chicken, I'll have to try that. Sauce? We don't need no stinkin' sauce!

I love the pecan rub on fatties. There are better rubs though for other cuts of pork.
