Look for them in small regional grocery stores during and after big holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valetines Day, Easter, etc... They are leftover after the rib roasts are sliced off and sometimes you can find them for a steal. I think I paid $.99 / lb for these fatties. :mrgreen:

looks tasty, I'd love to do up a rack, but the good ones around here are cut specifically for the beef ribs and the price tag proves it. The ones leftover from the steaks have more bone than meat...
