We have something similar near here. It is a lot of work, but for a good cause and the guys that do it usually end up making some extra cash.

I can see doing it as a promotional event for a restaurant or catering business, seems like you could break close to even. As purely a contest it's somewhat skewed in favor of whoever brings the most ribs.

Yeah, I just meant it would be a grind. I guess if you have a monster rig and some staff it would be okay but for some ham and egger like me.. well I would be getting my arse kicked!

So to get to the 1500 turn in for the 50 50 split , at 12 bones per rack, you would have to cook 125 racks?
