Default Another use for Simply Marvelous Cherry Rub

Cowpies!

Charlie’s cow pies
1 cup all purpose flour
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
3 tbsp baking cocoa powder
¼ tsp allspice
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp Simply Marvelous Cherry Rub
¼ tsp kosher salt
14 tbsp unsalted butter softened
1 cup sugar
¼ cup dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups rolled oats
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cups raisins
Preheat oven to 350º, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda,spices,rub, and kosher salt

Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy, then add egg, vanilla and beat until incorporated and smooth. Gradually add oats and white chocolate.
Roll around 2 tablespoons into balls and place onto a greased baking sheet pan, sprinkle a small amount of Simply marvelous Cherry Rub onto each cow pie.
Bake about 13 to 16 minutes then cool on a wire rack.

i'm sorry as I am sure they taste good but they look just a little too much like cow pies.... So these are like cookies??

Drop one of those babies in the middle of a pasture and see who picks one up . I think I am smarter than the average farm critter, so I'm sure it would be me . Just give me a nice hot steaming cup of coffee to go along with that cow pie .
