Pulled pork sliders:

Pulled butt lightly sauced with SBR, plopped on those little, sweet Hawaiian rolls with a couple of pickle chips.

Beef ribs and pork loin along with the usual black eyes peas, collards and other veggies. That hop in Jon recipe sounds good too

Nothing for immediate consumption. I will be smoking about ten pounds of andouille and four pounds of Tasso.

Brisket and smoked beans for supper tomorrow and big 'ol pot of venison chili and cornbread for lunch. Temps are supposed to be in the single digits to low teens tomorrow so some bourbon will be in order to warm me from the inside out.

Nada - making a rib roast for tonight. Have some left over brisket... probably take it easy tomorrow.

I asked SWMBO and she said lamb. Chops? "Yes." So I'll be grilling. A couple minutes over some hot lump and it'll be done. And I really like grilled lamb. Now I just need to figure out what to make with it.

I have some little Yukon spuds and they're pretty good sliced about 1/2" thick and grilled. Maybe I'll pick up some broccoli to go with it.

Tonight I'm making some moinks for a party. (The meatballs are already thawing. )

Edit: I'm thinking about smoking a bunch of chickens to inaugurate my new (to me) WSM 22. But since I haven't explained that purchase to SWMBO, I might want to wait for a day when she's not around. In the mean time, I've tucked it in with the rest of the collection and as long as it doesn't make any sudden moves, she has not noticed it.

Am I the only one cooking my meals today? I think I'll be too under the weather to do any cooking tomorrow.

Cold, nasty rainy day here & looks like a good day for chili & jalapeno cornbread with a Three Floyds Dreadnaught filling in for champagne.
