Default Pulled Pork, BBQ Beef, Horsy Dorvees, PRON

Dinner for 85! One of my friend's son is reporting for Duty (USN) on the 10th. So they asked me if I would prepare PP, BBQB and some bacon wrapped Lil Smokies for 85 of his closest friends...

I wrapped the Lil Smokies in Bacon and seasoned them with Bovine Bold. Then I cut some Hot Itailian Sausages (Brat style) and wrapped them and seasoned those with my own seasoning combo. I put the butts on, and that's 50# of butts on that one rack. Ended up with 2 pans of PP the size of the one I proned. (Proned; New word?) No seasoning on the Butts or on the 2 6# chuck roasts (boneless) when I put them in the smoker. I did season the Beef with Bovine Bold and Todd's Bayou Dirt after I pulled it. I made a sauce for those who want in. Enjoy the pics, the guests enjoyed the food!

The butts took about 9 hours + or -

The chucks took 7 hours, I think...

I used Hickory, Maple and Apple.
