Had sirloins for dinner last night, it was a beautiful evening to sit out on the deck and cook on the UDG. Used my regular favorite spices, orange pepper, a little Lowerys seasoned salt, a little hickory smoked salt, mesquite seasoning, a little garlic powder and a little onion powder. Used hickory pellets for a nice smokey addition. Did some mushrooms for my wifes steak and when the glass was empty they were done!
