Default New Equipement

Been reading here for a few years but I have not posted much. Just picked up my new smoker and will spend the next year "practicing" for competition next summer. Firing it up to cure/season and first cook next weekend. I'll post some pron and let you all know how it cooks. I'm sure that it is going to be better than my cheap COS.

Reverse flow smoker, a gas burner welded to the side for boiling and frying your favorite foods, and a warming box/cold smoker on the rear. It is brand new and ready for some smoke. Built with ¼" steel and quality high temperature paint rated at 1000 degrees. Also, the racks are made from 3/4" X metal number 9.

Total Length: 12' 9"
Smoker: 1/4" Thick x 30" Diameter x 62" Long
Firebox: 11 GA x 20" x 24"

Racks slide in and out on tracks made from 2" angle
Square Tube trailer frame.
