Default Butts & Brisket

I am cooking for a party at my house on Saturday for about 60 people. I am thinking of cooking three briskests at about 12 lbs. or so and four 8 lb. pork butts. Is this enough to much, your thoughts please.

Should be plenty if your going to have other foods available, usually a half pound per person is enough if there is plenty of side dishes and appetizers.

Cool

I think that is more than enough. As MStoney72 stated 1/2 pound per person is the norm per person.

I would suggest to prepare sliders and then whatever sides you plane to serve.

I would also throw some potatoes on the menu. It will definently fill those bellies up!

Also on the menu is macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans and coleslaw and maybe a jello salad.

Don't forget to factor in weight loss of meat during cooking.
