Default ServSafe

My servsafe is expired and I was wondering if anyone on here was a proctor that could give me the test for a fee, and I could get certified again. NJ wants 300 for me to take the test again and I need to sit through an entire class. I have an event coming up and I need a servsafe for it. PLEASE HELP. THANKS

Can we take the entire course and test anywhere online? Or do we have to attend up front, for a cert?

Bill - that looks like a great show! Maybe I need to step things up (i.e. getting tax id for small catering business) - and find a way to Chicago in May - looks real informative! Worst case - I can go as a 1099 employee for you, right? j/k
