I just got a PK Original this week. Worked through steaks and burgers already. Planning on 2 fatties Saturday morning, a Tri-tip Saturday evening and ribs on Sunday.

Making some wings tonight. Thinking of adding a twist by browning the butter before adding the hot sauce. Maybe it will be good?
John, I dried most, cooked a few and have some marinating in a garlic, red wine, dijon mixture. I hope to get more while season is going on.

Went to Costco today to buy some salmon for a friends brunch tomorrow as requested. When I asked her husband how he's going to cook it something about some boards he has and a gas grill...
On the plus side they had some really nice king crab legs I snagged for Jill and I for Sunday. Needless to say these are going on her big weber!

Just put a pork butt on the Primo Oval XL. First time since August I am smoking anything. Busy winter and wisdom teeth out, put me far behind schedule. Forgot how easy it was with the Fireboard and fan. I've been debating selling the Primo for cheap but this morning and how easy the process was may have me back to keeping it. 4 grills isn't too many, right?
