WSM - CB 22.5 inch stainless steel high air flow coal ring
I new to cooking with a WSM, doing my fifth cook with it now. Last cook I finally able to maintain temps and have decided to order the Cajun Bandit SS replacement door and 3/8" grommets.
What does the stainless steel high air flow coal ring do for me? I don't feel I need it but do not have the experience with the WSM that many of you do, so I'm wondering do I order the WSM bundle package or just order the items I want. Thanks for your advice in advance!

I like Cajun Bandit products. I have the rotisserie kit for my 22.5 kettle, and it is great.
I don't personally see the need for the high-flow coal ring for my WSM. The stock one works fine, for me. CD |
