Weber Seville Cart color help

I am close to sandblasting my Weber Seville. How do I need to prep it before having it powder coated?
I have a friend who sprays car paint every day, should I do that instead?


What colors were available? or should I just do a candy apple red over a gray primer? :blah:

Oh, and will sandblasting affect the rubber tires? negatively, that is.
