So I am thinking about doing this
Getting a pack of ribs from Costco...
Bought some rubs from MeatChurch... Thought about doing three racks with three different rubs... 1. Bacon BBQ 2. Honey Hog 3. Then two layers of rub - Honey Hog and then Honey Hog Hot Thoughts? |

Head down, elbows up & get to work. Sounds like a perfect Saturday to me. Don't forget to post pix when you're done, we like to see meat.

I'd put the hot rub on first, then the sweet. But that's just me. Sounds like a tasty way to spend the day!

A couple of questions:
1. I was going to rub olive oil on them before I put the rub on them except for the "Hot" ones, going to put hot sauce before the rub...Thoughts? 2. Any ideas when I foil them, what should I put in my foil with each rack? Thanks! |
