I bought the Sirloin from Williams(use to be Albertsons) They carry CAB beef. The sirloin was a little pricey (for sirloin) but...it was calling my name. If you want CAB Briskets, go to Wheelers meat market on SW 44th and I-35. I buy my briskets from there...I usually sift through about 20 CAB packers....like a dream come true!:-D Excellent stuff. They are under $2.lb. They get deliveries a couple times week.
