went with the 3 bear rub and let them sit for 4 hours
then brought them out

used some tobasco wood chips ad these were really good with this meat

These were amazing and I love my smoke ez next week 14 lb turkey on the smoke ez hope ya'll enjoyed
 
Looks phenomenal! I have never attempted Beef Ribs, I need to remedy that!
 
Nice looking beef ribs! Got some in the freezer that may have to make an appearance this weekend.

This is the legs I built on my Smoke E-Z conversion. If I remember right they are 30 inches long by 3/4 inch wide. I stuck one end in the leg supports and drilled a hole a couple of inches below the rim to bolt them on at the top. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1337654707.746456.jpg
 
Damn man! After I saw the last two pics, I swear I could taste beef ribs. Outstanding cook!
