The MIM anything butt entry is turned in in standard styrofoam blind entry clamshell container, no on-site judging for those entriy's. You can garnish/decorate those entry's, just not the championship meat blind turn-ins.
When your team is accepted you should get a team manual with all the specific rules for the different categories. You will be assigned an ambassador that will maintain regular communication with the head cook, or whoever is designated contact person, to help through many of the first time questions and to help understand the entire event.
