Default Yardbird Quesadillas PRON

Had a couple of breast that needed to be cooked. Dusted with Yardbird and lit the med egg. Most of it is for the wife's lunches the next couple of nights.

I stole 1/2 of the large one after she left this evening. Here's my last minute meal.











And the kicker is it's healthy. Fat free tortillas, 2% shredded cheese, 1/3 fat sour cream. Hey, I'm trying to live a little longer.
