Hello all, new to the forum and this is my first post. Did these ribs and shoulder last weekend. I was trying out some new rub recipes. They turned out pretty good but will keep tweaking, needs to be a little sweeter. The family enjoyed them and had lots to take home. :-D

I think you will find this to be one of the best forums on the net. All the people here are great.
