Spent the day at Burnco in Tulsa in the kitchen area. Didn’t take many pics but man they make some killer ribs and sides. Usually chop the brisket but you can ask for sliced and it was damn good as well. Saturday beef rib special was ridiculous! All cooked on hasty bake gourmets.

Good to know! I don't get to Tulsa often but will check them out next time.
I love my Hasty Bake Gourmet. They put out great food!

Never been but I’ve heard rave reviews about their sausages.

I keep thinking I’ll take their sausage class but haven’t yet.

My son lives in Tulsa and burn co is always on out list when we visit. I used to live in Austin and have been to most of the well known TX spots - Franklins, Snows, Blacks, etc. Burn Co is on par with any of them.

Seriously you live in Tulsa and are on this site and have never been? You are missing a Tulsa institution. Some of the best bbq cooked in the country cooked on grills made in Tulsa. Do yourself a favor and hit them up. You won’t be disappointed.

I got to eat there last year and it was very good. It is pretty cool that they cook everything on HB grills. They had a trailer full of HB Gourmets out back when we were there.
