I could eat that right now, Wildcat!!

Get on over to Cattle Call and introduce yourself - I think you'll do fine here! :)

Well $hit, there goes the diet plan I was gonna start today :icon_frow.

Great looking chow.

oh man, I told my wife I wanted hamburgers tonite, that is going to make it a rough dinner after seeing that!

thanks for posting

looks great...what's the "special sauce"? i'm also envious of all that green area in background....another "alberta clipper" headed my way :(

Thank you all for the kind words. The burgers tasted great.:-D

Here is the recipe for the special sauce. (Thanks to Cooks Illistrated)

1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup ketchup
2 Teaspoons sweet pickle relish
2 Teaspoons sugar
2 Teaspoons white vinegar
1 Teaspoons ground black pepper

Makes about 1 cup.

Looks great wildcat! You've totally convinced me to make some burgers tomorrow. It's great to see people grinding their own hamburger.

Tasty looking burgers, and thank you for the sauce recipe, I'll give it a try.
