Today she e-mailed me that she wanted to cook lasagna...with that she asked if she could use raw ground beePh.:becky:
I said:"yeah...I tried it once (MOINKBall Pie),just cover it in a nice sauce and you'll be good!"

The sauce that she made was a mix of:blended zucchini/eggplant,canned diced tomato's,garlic,basil,oregano,salt,pepper.(maybe I missed an ingredient)

She also spiced up the ground beePh.

I just called her and indeed it was a third pan...she made it out of the remains of the ingredients.
