Default Corned Beef Hash---Kinda!

So I thawed a Corned Beef Brisket that I had Pastramisized a couple weeks ago, and decided to sacrifice it to the experimental gods. I had seen a similar thread and decided it was sure worth a try. I put 1 med. Baking Potato, diced in the pan w/a little EVOO, lg tbsp minced Garlic, Diced Onion and Todd's Dirt. It came out pretty dang good if I do say so myself.
