Question reheating ribs?

I smoked 6 racks today and we only ate two of them (light weight family).
I plan to take a few racks back to Texas to reheat at the camper. I am thinking I will either use the tiny oven or just fire up the drum add some apple juice and let them heat that way.

Am I on the right track?

bro.. i can't help you on the grub.. but whatever you do ... DON'T COME TO TEXAS! It was only like.. 99 degrees out there and 98% humidity!
IT SUCKS!

Reheat??? no worries on that end.. just rap them babies up and head south with the windows down... they should be warm and moist by the time you get here!... ewww

If you are camping then you may be limited on methods.

I really like to reheat all things bbq by vac sealing and reheating in simmering water.

actually i cant really call it camping, I have a 30 double slide camper. I travel several months out of the year and the camper is cheaper in the long run than a hotel. I have access to an oven and also to my trusty UDS.

Monty, I hear ya about Texas but there is so much hail damage down there I gotta go back.

Had a party here in Tomball yesterday, even with some clouds, no one wanted to get out of the pool or out from under the tent. Food was great (if I do say so myself!).
