Hi all. Been ages since I posted. Looking forward to getting back with the group.
I had to cut some fairly big limbs off my pecan tree and my gray ash tree. I took the pecan and cut it into chunks and put it in a big bucket.
How long will it take to season since it is chunked in 2-3 inch wide pieces?
Also, is gray ash good for smoke or should I just use it in the fireplace?
