I need to back out of the No Fire, Just Smoke grilling contest that the Ribs Within team is putting together for September 9th in Hillsborough, NJ. Anybody interested in taking my place?
It's a one day grilling contest to benefit the local fire department. Three categories, ribs, chicken and anything butt dessert. While it's not KCBS sanctioned event this year, it will be next year. There's 29 teams competing and you would be 30. Entry fee is $100.
