I have two flank steaks in the fridge marinated in EVOO, Balsamic Vinegar, fresh garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. I am looking to have veggie kabobs and possibly steak fries off of the performer.

The recipe comes from the Brethren via EatonHoggBBQ, via Cowgirl, originating from Bobby Flay. Thanks all... It looks simple, but packed with flavor. Can't wait for dinner with the "outlaws."

(I also have a pork loin curing with Tender Quick and sugar for some Canadian Bacon. I can't wait for Friday to get here!)


Smells good enough to eat now. Damn, spilled the marinade getting a pic.

 
This was very good. A storm dropped in right as I was putting the steak on the Weber. Was still tasty.


I need to invest in a good brisket knife.
