Default OK (Dex), how about "goto" Chicken Rub

(Apologies to Dex for hitchhiking his rib rub thread)

Chicken is the meat I struggle with the most. SM fans, appreciate your recommendations here as well.

I have no favorite commercial rub chicken. But I love chicken that has rosemary and thyme.

Emmeril has an excellent chicken rub, I use it on most of the poultry I do and on my bacon when wrapping for abts and anything else I make wrapped in bacon

Yardbird is my favorite. Just did some tonight using Dizzy Pigs Tsunami Spin, big fan of that too, though I normally use that on salmon.

Then you would love mad hunky brine. Little too savory for me

I put Montreal steak seasoning in a coffee grinder and use that. It completely changes the flavor of the seasoning. If you read this I will have no choice but to make sure you take a dirt nap.
